These posts are all about how I eat. I’m not a nutritionist or any other kind of food scientist but I’ve spent a lot of time researching and testing different eating habits to get my fuel right for everyday living, training and events. Over the next few months I’ll talk about my eating journey to date and the lessons I’ve learnt…often the hard way! I’ll also let you in on my current nutrition platform and how I plan and fuel for ultra running events with a focus on multi-stage races.
